Meditation / Yoga
Our health and fitness program recognizes the importance of yoga and restorative yoga to the overal wellness of our guests. We offer Yoga twice each week which helps to promote relaxation and flexibility. For more advanced Yoga instruction, make sure to check out our events Calendar to see when Yoga Week is offered.
Twice a week we offer a guided meditation in the afternoon. This gives everyone an opportunity to slow down and allow time for their body to relax and rejuvenate. This is offered by Bevin Pie to help relieve stress, and to you envision the new healthier you. Several times a year we offer Meditation Week, in which a guided meditation is offered five days.
