Tennessee Fitness Spa prides itself on being an effective, enjoyable weight loss camp. With a range of amenities offered, we aim to make our visitors comfortable. We have a general store with essential items, including toiletries and cosmetics, as well as a beauty salon to help you unwind after a long day of exercise. You should, however, plan on bringing a few things that will ensure that you have an engaging, effective visit. In today’s post, we’re going to look at a few things you can bring along with you to help you get the most out of your visit.

A journal

Journals are a great way to track your progress and stay motivated. Allowing you to keep track of what exercises you’ve been doing, what foods you’ve been eating and – of course – how you’re feeling, they allow you to better understand what works for you and use that knowledge to stay on track after you’ve left.

Comfortable shoes

One thing you can be certain about when visiting our weight loss camp: you’re going to be doing a lot of walking. Starting each day with a long walk, we’re certain that our guests will never regret packing a pair of comfortable, athletic shoes.

A positive attitude

The most important thing you can bring is a positive attitude and the idea that you can – and will! – change your life. If you’re visiting us, you’ve already taken the first step! You’ve recognized a problem and expressed a willingness to make positive, lasting changes.
