Starting early, we offer a nutritional, health-boosting breakfast that will keep you energized.
7:50 Walk Warm-Up
Warming up for our morning walks, we ensure that your mind – and body – are ready for the exercise to come.
8:00 Land Walk or Water Walking
An hour and a half walk gets the blood flowing and, more importantly, starts the day off with a burst of physical activity.
9:30 Aqua Workout or Spin / Cycle Class
Continuing our early morning exercise, we slow down a little with a refreshing workout in the pool or on our stationary exercise bikes.
10:30 Body Toning
A more low-impact activity, body toning – such as Pilates – is a great way to relax after a few hours of physical exertion.
11:00 Aerobic Class or Weight Training or Wallyball
One last push before lunch! Our aerobic, weight training and Wallyball sessions give you an additional boost of activity just before we sit down for a wholesome, balanced meal.
