Tennessee Fitness Spa offers a variety of entertaining daytime and evening activities for your week-long vacation. We have Bingo each week where you can win great prizes, movie night each Saturday with popcorn, self defense classes, zumba dancing, and karaoke. Frequently we feature special workshops, musical performances, arts and crafts, and bonfires by the creek. All our activiites vary from week to week so visit the Events Calendar to see what might be happening during your stay.
We offer guided meditation sessions in the afternoons. This gives everyone an opportunity to slow down and allow time for their body to relax and rejuvenate. Meditation is normally offered twice a week, however several times a year we offer Meditation Week, in which a guided meditation is offered five days.
Restorative yoga is also offered twice each week and helps to promote relaxation and flexibility. For more advanced Yoga instruction, make sure to check out our events Calendar to see when Yoga Week is offered.
Participating in recreational activities is a great way to get to know fellow guests and have fun! We also encourage guests to let us know if they can offer an activity or workshop during their stay that may enhance our program. We may be able to find room on the schedule!
